Our customers are usually on a long holiday to Japan and want to take in as many of the cities on their visit without carrying around their suitcases, souvenirs and sports equipment. They usually take what they need from their suitcases, store them with us and then use a backpack or hand luggage to carry around a few days worth of clothes and supplies as they traverse around the many prefectures of Japan.

Tokyo is generally used as a travelling base it is in central Japan and has easy access to all other cities/ prefectures by trains, planes and boats. We have a convenient pickup and delivery service where we can go directly to you and collect your suitcases whether you are at a hotel, Airbnb, Office or Airport in the Tokyo area. If you are located further away such as Osaka, Kyoto, Fukuoka, Hiroshima, etc we also offer a pick up service using our partner delivery service.
We offer short and long term storage options. Your items will be stored at our monitored facility in Saitama Prefecture. Humidity in Japan can damage clothes, electronics and other items but not to worry as we have everything stored in our humidity and temperature controlled storage facility.
